The cost of services is based on an agreed upon percentage of the assets we manage. We bill quarterly in advance. Your annual rate (see below) is divided by 4 (because there are 4 quarters in a year) and multiplied by the value of your managed accounts on the last day of the quarter. As the amount of assets we manage grow, the annual rate decreases at certain breakpoints.
Cost Schedule of Assets Managed:
$0-$250,000= 1.5%
$250,001-$500,000= 1.25%
$500,001-$1,000,000= 1%
$1,000,001-$3,000,000 = .85%
$3,000,001+ Negotiable
Example: You have $550,000 exactly on the last day of the calendar quarter.
Your annual rate is 1%.
The calculation for that quarter would be:
550,000 X .0025 (annual rate divided by 4) = $1,375
Cost that quarter would be $1,375
