Schedule a call
Schedule a 20 Minute Consultation call for any questions you may have and schedule our in person or video meeting if it makes sense. (Takes between 5 and 20 minutes)

Meet in person or video conference (your choice)
We will discuss your current situation, gather the information we need to build your financial plan, and discuss what you want your financial future to look like. This is also the meeting where we would make fun of the Florida Gators if you are interested. (takes between 1-2 hours)
We build out your plan
We will use the information we gather from our first meeting to build out the first draft of your plan. We will also put together an investment strategy we think will help make your plan successful.
(no time on your part)
We present your financial plan and investment strategy to you
This is where we go over a 1-2 page summary of your plan (We believe in simple) that includes your estimated probability of success score. We also show you the investment strategy we would use. (Takes between 1-2 hours)
We implement your plan and supervise progress
At this stage we have implemented your strategy and you have a solid understanding of where you are going financially and how we will get there.
Ongoing Service
Investment Performance: Annual/On Demand
Modern technology allows you to check balances and investment performance at any time from your phone and you will receive quarterly reports via email. Because of this, we believe that one in depth review of holdings, asset allocation, performance, and market outlook is plenty (though we are happy to discuss at any time). You choose how this is delivered (screen share, quick phone call, or screen record video to watch when you have time)
Financial Planning: Annual/On Demand
We will send a screen record video presenting the status of your financial plan once a year or as life changes arise. This allows you to watch it at your convenience in the comfort of your home or office, rewind if you miss anything, and write down any questions you may have.
Personal: Annual
Once a year we will invite you to do something fun to get to know each other better and have some face time (our treat). We also understand that you have family and friends you may prefer to spend time with so no offense taken if you want to opt out of this.
